As we design SIBRO 4.0, we need a clear test for every decision.

Insurance broking is complex. Our job is to absorb that complexity: **automate** repetitive work, **connect** information that is scattered across the firm, and bring the **next action** to the **right person** at the **right time**.

That gives brokers more room for the work that needs them: understanding customers, building relationships, exercising judgment, and growing the business.

For every product decision, we will ask: **Does this remove work or uncertainty for the broker?**

## What should SIBRO 4.0 feel like?

- **Simple** — Screens are calm, focused and easy to scan.
- **Self-explanatory** — Business users should understand labels and actions without needing a manual for ordinary work.
- **Action-oriented** — Lists should help users see what needs attention and what to do next.
- **Connected** — Information entered once should be reused throughout the business journey.
- **Configurable** — Brokers can adapt fields, stages, rules and reports without breaking the underlying structure.
- **Controlled** — Permissions, PII protection, audit trails and reversible administrative actions create trust.
- **Intelligent** — Automation and AI should reduce repetitive work and identify exceptions while keeping users in control.
