Protracked Software Solutions Private Limited is the company behind SIBRO, an insurance broking software platform shaped through years of working closely with brokers and their teams.

Our journey

Protracked began on 15 April 2015 as a sole-proprietorship business at Infopark Cherthala. In those early years, we worked on software development while learning how focused technology could solve real operational problems.

SIBRO grew from that practical approach. What began as an effort to replace fragmented spreadsheets and manual follow-ups evolved with the needs of insurance brokers—across teams, branches, customers, policies, renewals, claims, accounting and regulatory workflows.

By 2022, Protracked had grown well beyond what the sole-proprietorship structure was intended to support. The product, team and customer relationships needed a stronger foundation for the next stage of growth.

Protracked Software Solutions Private Limited was therefore incorporated on 21 January 2022 in Kerala, India. The private limited company carries forward the experience, relationships and product journey that began in 2015.

Today, our team designs, develops and supports SIBRO for more than 130 insurance brokers. This long-term product focus helps us understand the operational detail behind insurance broking, while continuing to solve the engineering challenges that come with scale, reliability, security and constant change.

We are not a general-purpose software services company. Our work is centred on SIBRO and the ecosystem around it.
