How We Work

A product improves when technology, domain knowledge and customer experience move together.

At Protracked, we build SIBRO as a long-term product—not as a collection of disconnected projects. Our work is guided by real insurance-broking workflows, direct feedback from users and the engineering discipline required to operate dependable business software.

Start with the workflow

We first understand the people, decisions, documents and exceptions involved. Insurance broking contains many workflows that appear simple until real operational variations are considered.

Build in useful increments

Large problems are broken into smaller releases that can be tested in real work. This helps us learn sooner, reduce implementation risk and deliver value progressively.

Stay close to users

Support conversations, implementation experience and customer feedback are part of product development. They help us see where a screen, process or assumption does not match reality.

Engineer for dependable operation

We work on performance, security, data integrity, monitoring and maintainability alongside visible features. A business system earns trust through what happens every day, including during failures and periods of growth.

Improve through evidence

We measure behaviour, investigate recurring problems and refine the product. The lessons become better defaults, clearer workflows and stronger engineering practices.

Work across teams

SIBRO engineering, insurer integration, employee-benefits and TPA integration, customer support, marketing and finance each see a different part of the product and customer journey. Working across these perspectives helps us build solutions that can be implemented, supported and improved over time.
