Business Analyst — Kochi, on-site

Experience: 2–5 years

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can understand insurance-broking operations and translate business needs into clear, practical product requirements for SIBRO.

What you will do

Work with customers, product stakeholders and internal teams to understand workflows, problems and expected outcomes.

Conduct requirement discussions and document processes, business rules, exceptions and dependencies.

Prepare clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and supporting notes.

Collaborate with engineering and testing teams throughout development, clarification and validation.

Review completed work against the agreed requirements and help teams resolve gaps before release.

Support demonstrations, implementation discussions, product documentation and internal knowledge sharing.

Help identify recurring customer needs and opportunities for product improvement.

What we are looking for

Two to five years of relevant experience in business analysis, product analysis or a similar role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to organise complex information and explain it clearly to both business and technical teams.

Experience preparing requirements, process documentation, user stories or acceptance criteria.

A careful, analytical approach and willingness to investigate operational details.

Experience with SaaS products, enterprise software or insurance workflows is valuable. Direct insurance-domain experience is preferred but not mandatory for a candidate who can learn the domain deeply.

The role is based at our Kakkanad office in Kochi and requires on-site collaboration.
